Opinion research

Don't just ask. Actually listen to them.

AI-powered opinion research, tailored to your own brand: the AI talks to your respondents in writing, asks a follow-up when an answer is vague, and works through thousands of open-ended answers. At the end you get a clear summary with real quotes, not just a spreadsheet.

What an AI interview looks like

In writing, like a chat, at the respondent's own pace. When an answer is vague, the AI asks a follow-up until it finds out what is behind it.

AI interviewWhat was the hardest part of ordering?

RespondentWell, the delivery was a bit odd.

AI interviewWhat was odd about it: the price, the time, or not knowing where the parcel was?

RespondentThat I heard nothing about it for three days.

A survey would have stopped at "odd".

Live demo

Try it yourself.

A real AI interview about how your web shop copes with hosting and operations. It happens in writing, takes about 10 minutes, and if you answer in another language, it switches to yours. This demo runs in the upTools brand; yours will carry your own.

Start the interview

Tailored to your own brand

Your brand

Respondents see your logo, colours, fonts and images. Not a stranger's survey page, but part of your brand.

Your voice

Formal or casual, the way you talk to your customers, asking your questions in your style.

Their language

It recognises the language the respondent writes in and carries on in it. You get the summary in yours.

Sound familiar?

  • People filled in the survey, and you still don't know why.
  • Nobody reads all the open-ended answers.
  • Interviews are slow and expensive, so you only talk to ten people.
  • Opinions are scattered: reviews, comments, support emails.

AI helps with each of these: it asks, it listens, and it sums up.

What we build

AI interview

A written, conversational survey: it follows up based on the answer and gets to the "why". The same depth with a thousand people as with ten. In several languages.

Open-ended answers

Themes, sentiment and typical quotes from thousands of answers, by group and by segment.

What you already have

Product reviews, comments, support tickets, NPS answers: we work through the opinions you already collected too.

A clear summary

What people think, who, and why: with quotes, not just a bar chart. As a live dashboard if you need it.

Ongoing measurement

The same questions every quarter or after every purchase, so you can see where opinion is heading.

Connected

Questions go out from your CRM, webshop or newsletter, and the results flow back there.

A human in the loop

The AI asks, groups and summarises, but a person reviews the questions and the conclusions. Every finding is backed by the answers it came from: you can trace any quote back.

How we work

  1. 1

    Question

What do you want to find out, and from whom? That becomes the questions.

  2. 2

    Setup

The AI interview or the survey, the languages and the channels, with a test round.

  3. 3

    Collection

A link, an email, your webshop, or the opinions you already have, whatever fits the goal.

  4. 4

    Summary

With quotes, and a conversation about what to do with it.

Common questions

Where do the respondents come from?

Whatever fits the goal: we can ask your own customers, clients or colleagues (invited from your CRM, webshop or newsletter), or, if needed, we find the respondents too.

Does it call people?

No, the interview happens in writing: through a link, an email or your webshop, like a chat. People answer when it suits them, and every answer can be traced word for word.

Which languages?

The interview runs in the respondent's language, and you get the summary in yours.

What if the AI gets something wrong?

That is why a person is in the loop, and why every finding comes with quotes. Anything that looks off can be traced and corrected.

What do you want to find out from them?
