We have no favourite technology, and we won't push one on you. PHP, Node, Python or Go, any self-hosted system: we work with what you already run. We don't rewrite it just because we'd prefer something else.

- Monitoring and alerts, day and night. By default we work business hours, but alerts reach us at night too. If your system needs 24/7 on-call, we commit to that separately.
- Backups we actually restore. We run restore tests, because an untested backup is just a hope.
- Updates that run in a test environment first. You don't find out on the live site what broke.

How we work
Four rules we keep even when they're inconvenient:
We look before we quote. We don't price anything sight unseen, because that ends up too expensive either for you or for us.
After every intervention, we write down what happened. In plain language, not in a log file.
Your system belongs to you. The access and the documentation stay with you. We don't hold anyone hostage.
We say no. If something isn't worth doing, or you don't actually need us, we tell you.
How the first conversation goes
You write to us. We reply within one business day.
We talk for half an hour. You tell us what you run and how we can help. We ask questions; we don't pitch.
We take a look. If needed, we ask for access and look at the system before we promise anything.
You get a written proposal. What we'd do, how long it takes, what it costs. Then it's your call.
